Now it's REALLY for real!

The one thing we were waiting for has happened, woohoo!  Since we have the appraisal it looks like we will get to close on time, provided no other issues pop up.  (PLEASE pray that doesn't happen, I can't take the stress lol!!)
Here are the pictures the appraiser took, I included them because it shows the stain on the porch & because I just love my kitchen!  =D
